1 on 1 Training

I am currently training my clients (1 on 1 or 2 on 1) at Absolutely Fitness in Bracknell.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation, where we have a chat to discuss your goals, look at your current ability and I can give you a general idea of what can be expected.

After the consultation if you wish to go ahead with training, I will design a program catered to your fitness goals. Workouts will get progressively harder and the plan will change every 4 weeks.

My clients have achieved great results through a balance of diet and exercise. Whether it be weight loss, increased muscle mass or simply improved records in their sport. I train clients with short term goals e.g losing weight for a wedding or getting ripped for holiday and also train longer term clients whom I see on a weekly basis.
